Just something about the way he would demand his friend to obs the games seemed fishy. Hope i'm wrong.

I have reviewed all of the provided evidence, found additional evidence, and concluded that GoldSCV was certainly allowing J.H to win games against him. I have split the evidence three-way:

1) Gameplay by GoldSCV
Just watch the replays; this is better seen on ones own. Take a look at the blatantly ineffective build in this game:

See in here, how even after GoldSCV has the upper hand, having chased away a zealot rush, he stacks all SCVs and does not micro his marines, and throws the game:

There are many other examples of this, but these are the two clearest ones. Watch the replays yourself if you wish.

2) GoldSCV does not report the win(s) he did get vs J.H


This shows a result of an Battle.net API request corresponding to a player's game history (similar to what you can view on a user's profile on Battle.net, in raw form). This contains a ZvP game that GoldSCV won against J.H on SCW9 map, which was not reported.

3) The dialog inside the game is pretty revealing. There is one game in particular:
