Don't listen to the bad manner in this thread; the new Korean gamers in this season have made the league a lot more active and this is really appreciated. In fact we are worried that when a ladder for Korea Supermap opens up, all of these gamers will move back to Korea, and not play in USWEST again. Then we wouldn't have any games between Koreans and foreigners like you said, and USWEST will die even more.

So, I will open a Korean ladder in the next few days, and it will be a beta season lasting 4 weeks. But after that we will need a compromise. Western gamers dislike Supermap just as much as you dislike our map. We have played this map for decades, and some people might never adjust. It is important to us to keep this community alive, and not just FMP in general.

how about the top 2 from West and Korea face off in a Tony G tournament!? that way the koreans would come to west for an "easier" path. I think the map switch is inevitable on korean server tho, but you hold the power! if you make the SCW map our version only they'd have no choice but to play on it if they wanted to participate.
