man you guys are making this a kindergarten again, unbelievable. i was just replying to the original tier list, because i thought it could be more accurate. and after reading the tier list again, i still think it's accurate more or less. the point is to cluster people together and not to make 100 tiers so someone could be on top of another one... nobody gives a shit if a player is tier 4 or tier 5 or whatever, at least you shouldn't care too much.
