Dingo cheating

sometimes i go no choke z and speed lings, i think dingo is cheating and idk if anything will come about it but if u know dingo he NEVER scouts full base he always scouts chokes.  i go lings so he first scouts me and does a full scout. i think both dingo and jose still cheat and get away with it.
ZvsP im mid top hes mid left, His scout pattern is what im complaining about.
i played PvsT he scouts expo these guys scout when its needed if no expo no scout. watch games watch builds

now hes just scouting chokes when the person isnt right next to him?? when it doesnt work in his favor?? him and jose both do this and both play off what your doing.

ZvsP  Look at scout for oves.  dingo makes 1 goon to hit ove, he kills one by his minerals then goes for the one he doesnt see in his base
then he goes for the only other ove stickin out on the map

if you make a goon to hit oves, why not scout all bases why not look around map to see whats out there.

PvsT this game is like everything i do he has a responds for.

1st we r fighting in mid 4 zlots im gettin him to chase
 2ed group of zlots going out of my base heading to him, he pulls back marines as im coming out of my base, i was going to go right to his base. 

2ed he sees zlots out side of his base, doesnt see pylon and atks as soon as i start making pylon at his choke.

3ed is where it stood out to me. he went triple/startport he has no mass yet he goes to my choke where i was building a pylon to make cannons. Dingo doesnt want to get cannoned in.  NOTE he has only 12 units and what he went for tec he is over exhausting his position. i could be massing.

4th once i start building my expo he sends 2 marines on map and 1 goes right to it. kills prob.
He doesn't scan his first scan isnt till 8:30 in game.  he never sets up for Drop D i feel like the entire game he plays off me. like the 2ed pylon scouted was extremely  cheatish. why not scout anywhere else??? why only there i understand to be a strong player u wanna be active but his only actions is benefiting him in winning the game.

He wasnt active with wraths, he moves them to his main before my only recall, then leaves them above his base till he snipes my 2ed arb that i put in his vis.

he only gets vis of full map at end of game, at any time i could of had drop expo, cars, something that would of changed the game. he never scouts anything else because he didnt have to

He never makes any drop defense and only scans at 830 in game no turrets no scans

The TvsZ i think he moved his ove to not get scouted as quick. his base was the 3-4th base i scout with my 2 rac i could of had a bunker down before hat finished if i scouted the ove.

other than that nothing to crazy, he just knows to be aggressive with lurk,ling and he knows to get vis of map and get anti air. plays it perfect vs what i would do. doesn't build up or make more than 8 hats.
like i said this game theirs not much but it worked out in his favor. i think i pissed him off and he turned his cheats on. im sure if you watch his games he does scouts to work out in his favor.


any time his P he scouts Z base last so the Z doesnt have a strong responds to his zlots, he runs 2 zlots into a zergs choke and goes for minerals to by time.

it always works out in the guys favor.  i know we dont really have much of a support for scw but this is what makes me not wanna play these 2. they take the fun away from the game.

I guarantee Dingo and Jose are cheating/hacking.

I remember watching some replays some seasons ago that undoubtedly shows he (Dingo) is using maphack (I won't explain it here again lol.)

Jose has been caught cheating and hacking in the past multiple times. Also, he was 100% stream sniping in his games vs BurgerSasu.

How are these scumbags not permanently banned?

If no obs then they probably don't cheat. On remastered there's only them korean hacks and I doubt they can afford them. When there's an OBS they 100% do obs cheat most of the time.
