It is clear that the dingo player is out of future tournaments, however I only want to comply with what was offered at the beginning of the tournament, clear formality and seriousness on the part of the organizers.

It was my fault for not being specific about the player needing to finish the tourney.  Honestly he has shown his true colors and horrible childish sportsmanship.  In the future any prize I offer will only be won by a player who completes the tourney/their games.

All the man-childs are getting old though..
