This is the result of people wanting money. That's 500 bucks for 1st place! Wish Sword would set it up so that top 3-5 have to play each other in a bo5 or a bo3 so it's not too time consuming especially for big money pools like this one.
I know that people often avoid tournaments and set up 1v1's but it really comes down to who wants the money. If you really want that dough you're going to play your games. Thats a big prize pool so I guarantee people will play their games lolz.
