A double disconnection occurred simultaneously, leaving my ally 1v1. When in reality it was a 2v1. According to Scw rules "The only exception to this is if the person disconnecting is going to win the game beyond a reasonable doubt. This game was a clear win for us.

Game stands. That rule is not applicable to this game. 2 players disconnected, the remaining 2 played it out. Also, I’m not removing games from almost 2 weeks ago on the last day of the season.
If you have an issue with a game, report it immediately.

Nowhere in the rules does it state that there is a deadline for reporting. Finally, my partner requires the ally to the rial and when he does not receive it, the game continues. As a moderator please enforce the Scw rules

From the rules:
Post-Match
Matches must be reported within 1 hour of being played.
Any games that violate this are subject to be removed with no refund of points.
The only exception is if there is difficulty uploading a game, and a support thread is made within 1 hour of the game.
Games played before a reset but uploaded after the reset will be removed.
A support thread was not requested for 2 weeks. The intent of this rule is to prevent users from holding games, which affects the entire point system and all other users.

The rules set out the deadline for reporting a game, lines below "The only exception is if there are difficulties loading a match and a support thread is created within an hour after the match." It continues to develop assumptions where a player does not report a game. Nowhere does it indicate a deadline for making claims, much less that the deadline for creating a claim thread is 1 hour.

I told you the intent of the rule. You must submit your issue within an hour.
Game stays. Thread locked.
