Title: kh-loop disc in tvz and reported the game.

I even had an obs aka fire.uub in the game who seen that loop disc. remove his win and keep mine. he clearly pulls the plug cuz its not map max and he's being presured. LIKE i said i had an obs who seen him disc and NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT me so its my win...

not to mention i just watched the rep and he had NO minerials left. The game was over. heres the rep. remove this game and keep as win for me. its pretty clear he disc'd..

I can't declare you the winner unless fire.buu testifies to seeing him and just him DC.  the game wasn't decided yet.  He still had 180/200 supply

I'll talk to him. He was there and seen the end. I even say "c he disc" or something like that at end.
